Update for patch 6.0 and the Omen of Destruction dlc

Customtide: Fixed a bug in the choice of a random race among those selected, causing the game to crash.

Two new scenarios have been added: Scapegoat and Customtide, as well as the option of forcing Ordertide, Neutraltide and Chaostide factions into an alliance.
