- new SPY-1 textures and placement and scaling, the entire fore superstructure is a little too tall so that may be why it doesnt look quite perfect (yet)
- fix a few minor issues with burke hullnumbers
- rescale CIWS to look better

correct non-euclidean Mk41 installation on burke that carried more missiles than it should (its still 3 over but for now that will have to be fine until i can figure out the issue)
