- remove LaunchTurnRate < MaxTurnRate instances on AAMs because its buggy as shit, will overall significantly improve sidewinder agility

- add Mk54 depth charge to SH-2 and SH-3 (work in progress, this is not a supported weapon type ingame!)
- tweak SPS-39 and add SPS-39 to leahy 1968 and adams (late) 1965
- add differentiation to OHP series, short hulls have early weapon fits, long hulls have late weapon fits, and everything post FFG-36 has RAST for LAMPS Mk.III (SH-3J)
- remove towed array for all OHPs before FFG-36 (long hull OHPs get the towed array back by the 1989 fit but not short hulls)
- add towed array mount for OHP long hull
- changes are still WIP, and this could seriously affect balance having LAMPS Mk.III, so feel free to share your thoughts on this
- increase ASROC reload time to 20m
- minor tweaks to hit probability of some SAMs
- add unit profiles for some new stuff
- hopefully fix minor issue with virginia deck texture

- add 1994 OHP with sidekick jammer and 1994 helos (needs work, will split long/short hull into variants)
- rework 1965 adams, early has SPS-37/39 and late has SPS-37/52, no more SLQ-32 and instead WLR-1 on all models
- reduce min altitude for block I, II SM-2 and RIM-66E:
Mk45 mod 1/2/3 TDD: 40ft
Mk45 mod 4/5/6 TDD: 33ft (still thinking about this, realistically should be lower but i worry about SAM pKs against certain missiles like granit or moskit)

assorted tweaks:
- all AAMs reduced in KillProbability by 0.05 to 0.15, shouldnt be a significant change because they were all too high to begin with
- mark 46 mod 2 speed increased to 45 knots
- mark 46 mod 5 NEARTIP speed increased to 50/36 knots (latter value is search/transit speed, only applies to surface launch)
- mark 50 speed changed to 65/40 knots
- mark 54 speed changed to 55/36
- range reduction for Mk50/Mk54
- add VID/radar transients to all AAMs (with low vis modifier for missiles with low smoke motors)
- increase acceleration of TOW ATGMs
- flip Mk13 launcher on OHP series, slightly improves reaction time and reload time (which is somewhere between 7-8 seconds)
- make STIR main FCR for OHP, split Mk92 into its air FCR and surface search components for simultaneous air and sea engagement
- make Mk92 the main FCR for RIM-7 on the seasparrow OHP
- increase cost of sonobuoys other than LOFAR/DIFAR

- add low vis modifier (0.5x) to VID range to all weapons with low vis coating
- this has the added effect of making them more dangerous against less aware units, so those harpoon shots outside of perfectly clear conditions will probably only be detected at the last second if not on ESM/radar

- add 1975 SH-2F LAMPS I to several 1970s ships; garcia, knox 72, belknap 72, belknap 75, virginia 77
- change propwash to proper effect for all vessels
- tweak descriptions of SM-2ER block II/III/IV to reflect the effective maximum range
