Small bug fix
1. Level optimization and FPS improvement
Working with lightmaps, areaportals, prop fades, prop merging.
2. Lighting fix
Light softening, sun diffusion, brightness and ambient
3. Fog fix
Removed the location "cutoff" parameter and made the fog less dense and further away, as a result of which the picture turns out a little nicer
4. Adding several interactive places (indicated in the description)
