So - Professor V.I. Zhabin was the discoverer of PSI-Rays, after which he soon left his post at the research institute and went to a new complex near the dried-up Yantar Lake. Another, well-known person, A.R. Nemov, joined the staff of The Atom Research Institute in 2003 and immediately began studying the Noosphere and its direct influence on the human body, and continued to study this branch until the first Super Emission. No less famous pair of scientists B.I. Angelin and R.P. Malevin also took part in the Super-Soldier program, after an unsuccessful experiment in 2004, the scientists died, which is why most of the complex was quarantined, and was soon sealed by the International Perimeter Security Service headed by Colonel N.M. Khmurny and Lieutenant Colonel K.G. Suslovsky, they say that the screams of this pair of scientists were heard for several months in the nearest wing of the research institute.
