Updated again to prevent Cosmoteer 0.30.0a from complaining.

Version 1.0.2 is identical to version 1.0.1, except for the supported Cosmoteer version numbers. This should help prevent Cosmoteer from disabling the mod because it thinks the mod doesn't work with 0.30.0 even though it does.
