描述
This mod may significantly reduce lag when doing stuff like trading and resource gathering.

This mod works by disabling the thruster graphics the crew have when flying in space. During testing I found the lag reduction to be significant (went from 4 fps without this mod to around 12 to 14 fps with this mod in my testing environment (which happens to be the pic of all the crew flying)).

It may look a little bit more boring this way but it works :).

Also if you don't like this mod, it can be freely enabled and disabled so you can test for yourself the difference.

If you prefer a version that doesn't remove the crew thruster fx but only simplifies them for a smaller performance gain, you can try this version instead: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3359770864

Updated version number AGAIN to prevent Cosmoteer 0.30.0a from complaining.

Also prepatched this mod to prevent it from complaining again again when Cosmoteer 0.30.0b, 0.30.0c and 0.30.1 get released.

Updated version number to prevent the game from disabling this mod, even though the mod works fine in 0.30.0.
No other changes were made.

I don't know what was crashing for you, but it is unlikely it was this particular mod.

@FreezingPanzer: I will put checking this mod on my todo list. The latest update broke quite a lot of mods. Tbh I didn't expect this mod to break, but at least it's safe to disable and re-enable at will.

Level 17-18 Areas are just so laggy. hoping this mod helps a little bit :)))

v1.0.1 is a minor update.

- Updated ingame mod description.
- Some internal changes to make it easier for me to tweak and maintain this mod in the future.

I tidied up the ingame mod description and copied over some internal tweaks from the alternative version of this mod that I released shortly after having released this mod.

@gothicpando: Thanks. This mod was actually born due to a suggestion from someone on discord. I did some testing and almost by accident noticed that disabling the graphics of the crew thrusters could have a significant effect on fps so I basically rushed this into a mod as I thought this can be very benefitial for some people who do a lot of trading, especially if they have a potato PCs.

I'm gonna run some more tests to see if I can find a compromise that doesn't disable these graphics completely while still giving decent fps improvement.
