===AI===
MILITARY STRATEGY
-Increased AI minimum units:city target to 1.5 (default 1)
-Increased AI minimum improved tile target to 67% (was 37%)
-Doubled AI's base assessment of military strength (i.e., static value before units, walls, etc.)
-AI will not mobilize for war before Turn 50

MILITARY TACTICS
-Civilian units are much lower priority [Focus on military units / win the war first]

ECONOMY
-Reduced influence of culture yield on AI tile improvements by 90%. Should reduce its valuation of Terrascape value.
-Increased tolerance for unhealth. By default, AI would seek to improve health at 2 and see it as a critical need at -8;
these are changed to -1 and -19, respectively, to bring them closer to the player's valuation based on current metagame.

DIPLOMACY
-No AI hatred generated by attacking or killing aliens or their nests
-Significantly higher AI hatred of civs close to victory
-Fewer AI approaches over attacks on stations (once per 100 turns, from 25)
-Fewer AI approaches over alien attitude (once per 60 turns, from 45)
-Fewer AI approaches over international trade routes (once per 100 turns, from 45)
-Slightly fewer AI approaches related to affinity (once per 50 turns, from 45).
