Nerfed the swatting damage to 2 so whenever you get swatted, you take his claw damage + 2 damage.

After playing extensively with this mod, i found out that it made the Charger WAY too deadly sometimes; especially on expert.

Refactored the RNG so that he doesn't perform the Swatting Attack so often.
