- Eliminated SplitDamage and GetExosuitApparel helper methods
- Updated Building_MaintenanceBay to match simplified API
- refactor(utils): replace inline LINQ query with method call

- Skip damage distribution when removing exosuit via maintenance bay
- Preserve original damage behavior during corpse disassembly
- Prevent unintended durability degradation in gear-down scenarios
