Adds level 5 and 9 content:
* Kitsune Spell Mysteries, level 5 feat
* Fierce Foxfire, homebrew level 5 feat that upgrades the foxfire to 1d6 with a range increment instead of a max range - in line with some newer ranged unarmed attacks (e.g. exile shirren biolauncher from sf2e)
* Fox Trick, level 9 feat
Also adds the crit spec group to foxfire, which was missing it.
