Fixed missing mesh underneath bin machine.

Fixed lightning impacts clipping through the mesh which were able to be seen from the lower level.

Made the crate stacking area a bit larger to accomodate the high number of crates in the level.

Changed required stacking amount to the correct amount of crates.
