+Populist and Peasant factions are now playable
You can create a populist faction if you have the Oppressed modifier
- You can randomly get this modifier through an event if you have a job and are visiting a hostile faith ruler
- Press demands and gain the lands of every joined county faction member
Peasant factions are also playable
- Can only create if you get the Tax Collection event as a Lowborn and havethe Oppresesed modifier (although you can also create one as a slave
- You will get the privileged peasants dynasty modifier on victory, making you exempt from tax collections, and increasing your salary
