  • Reduced the innovation requirement.
  • Optimized some scripts. Note that this makes the mod no longer compatible with game versions below 1.10.3.

  • Optimized scripts and button layout.
  • Fixed a bug that caused arable couldn't be added in subjects.
  • Fixed a bug that caused AI countries sometimes couldn't increase NRB max levels.
  • Added notifications that show in feed when max level is increased.

Added a sub-mod that allows small countries to activate the JEs more easily:

Fixed a bug that allowed a JE to be activated more easily.
Changed some icons.

New feature "Debt Management": all research will be paused if the government is in debt.
New feature "Agricultural Budget" to control the number of states for adding arable land.
Included research expenditure in weekly balance topbar for a better management.
Lowered the difficulty for the JEs activation but increased the time for completing.
Increased the chance to increase building's max level but lowered the increased number.
Changed the conditions for new buildings and fixed some problems caused by auto-downsizing/discovering more resouece. Now the conditions will be shown in the tooltip and the conditions won't be checked again in a state after the first building was built.
Added JEs status that shows whether the max levels were increased last month and detailed effect description for each buttons.
Improved localization and made every button name fit into the button size.
Other: changed some icons, improved AI behavior, fixed some minor bugs.
