UPDATE: New eidolons, fixed energy heart not apply resistances properly

Fixed crash when taking magical understudy. Spells from other mods should now show up as Cantrip options as well.

UPDATE: Azata should appear as an option. Playing the sewer map from main campaign with a summoner should no longer crash the game.

Added Azata Eidolon and fixed a bug where eidolons could delay their turn.

UPDATE: Converted the 3.0 code to the 2.0 version. All known issues should be fixed.

FIX: Eidolon no longer heals from damage recieved from attacks of opportunity.
