Tried (and failed) to add thumbnail to the mod

Originally had a check in on_game_start to check if any prisoners existed - then I realized that it was a meaningless check because becoming a prisoner reverts any belligerent behavior, and there wouldn't be any belligerent behavior before the game starts.
