Legendary Characters update:
-ulrika is now disable by default in mct options
-vorag no longar has his back to the camera in the diplomacy screen
-fix dispatch the pitiful ability (lilaeths faction ability)
-fixed brokk ironpick's weapon only be equipable when he unlocked all his weapons

fixed sea axes not being recruited for factions other than barak var now when you confed torston you get access to them after levling up once at least beyond level 8 fixed the weapon of Stefan von Kessel (ancillary) not spawning at level 14 fixed Bowmen Kithband not being buffed by things that afect glade guard, deepwood scoutmen, and waywatchers also gave them fire while moving like all other elf missile units have.
