Battle Rebalancing
- slight HP bonus to shields which will make shielded units more distinct for tanking
- slight DMG bonus to all projectiles
- reduced reload time for javelins
- many units will now holding their formations by default ( heavily shielded units with preference for spears)
- fixed various unit spacing issues and hp inconsistencies
- increased effects for battle terrain types

Other
- rebalanced post battle enslave replenishment
- enslave option will increase growth in owned provinces the character is in for 10 turns

Overall, battles will last slightly longer than before, especially with a well shielded frontline
