Implemented a (hopefully temporary) patch for Rebuild: Embrasures that removes the duplicate embrasure. This patch is a conditional so shouldn't cause any errors once the duplicate building thing is solved by the author.

Fixed the Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Heavy patch. Do keep in mind that this mod is still the only mod not recommended with use alongside the experience. It will function, however.

Added a conditional patch that should account for the removal of the duplicate shield from Vanilla Factions Expanded - Medieval 2. This should resolve the errors with Rim-Gnoblins mod.

With Biotech, mech ammo can now be crafted at a loading bench after unlocking basic mechtech.
