-Made it so the AI cannot use the stance skills, so when you are taunted they wont deactivate your stance like a derp.

-Added Leaderlib as a dependency in order to use its permanent statuses utilities for the stances, they will now no longer be lost randomly (hopefully).

-Slightly moved the vendor in Act 1 to reduce the chance he gets pulled into fights.

-Fix for the retaliate counting as a melee hit (caused weird interactions, like triggering gladiator from enemies, etc).
-Reduced the amount of retribution given by Fury of the Scorned, to help mitigate the scenario where you can get so much retribution that enemies stop trying to hit you all together.

-Added a default retaliate for blocking (sometimes calculates as zero damage) and custom damage types, so when either of these happen you get a fire retaliate instead.
