New features:
- now player gains ammo for current weapon when combo is broken or by killing enemies during the Killing Spree mode (1 kill/combo = 1% of max ammo)

Changes:
- overhealth removed
- killing spree mode duration increased from 12 to 15 seconds
- Next Encounter "Combo X20" music now plays during the killing spree mode
- text color is now based on the game title (only for TFE, TSE and BFE game titles, custom game titles use the yellow color)

Fixes:
- enemies killed by the player's ride count into combo (doesn't seem to work with custom Fusion vehicles though)
- combo system now immediately "turns off" when player dies
- fixed first few kills not counting into combo

Other changes:
- added custom game titles support
- added Russian localization
- font updated to the one supporting Cyrillic
