Fixed a few minor bugs. Detecting a hold vs press for slot buttons is now a fixed 15 tics (about half a second), rather than being based on the pendingweapon, since it was causing problems when holstering, which is only pending for 1 frame

Added an experimental "Last Weapon/Weapon Wheel" button, designed for controller users.

Fixed numerous issues relating to Holstering. Now, it will properly use keycards and perform other interactions properly. Also fixed a crash when unholstering after holstering and then picking up a fire extinguisher.

Added ability to holster by holding USE key. Disabled by default.

Minor menu changes. Updated screen messages to look much nicer and use a better font.

Fixed the "Check Ammo" feature not working.
