Optimized the priority selection of vehicles for different targets and increased the strength of target locking, avoiding them from aiming back and forth between multiple identical units

*修改了mod标题，重新定义mod定位；
优化了游戏迷雾中不同单位开火被点亮的时间，以提高各种武器的攻击效率，如中型坦克在迷雾里开火后被发现的时间将从5s改为30s；
提高了BTR的基础移动速度，以避免一直换挡甚至停下.
*Modified mod title and redefined mod positioning;
Optimized the time for different units to fire and be lit up in the game fog, in order to improve the attack efficiency of various weapons. For example, the time for medium-sized tanks to be detected after firing in the fog will be changed from 5 seconds to 30 seconds;
Improved the basic movement speed of BTR to avoid constantly shifting gears or even stopping.
