修复了拖曳型号flak38炮盾没有厚度的bug，并且强化了其穿甲能力.

Add a leader(with 98k)to the German artillery(and AT gun) crew to diversify the squad(Added temporarily in Conquest mode, and will be included in MP [Multiplayer] in the future);
Fixed the bug where the towed Flak 38's gun shield had no thickness, and enhanced its armor-piercing capability.
