-Nerfed Shanghai Slingshot: 210 Atk -> 195 Atk (as a direct upgrade to Silly Shot in every way, and being obtainable right after, I don't think it should be stronger than the Sonic Bow, a crafted weapon that takes a lot of effort to make)
-Increased EXP gain of Blackwater Lake enemies: 225 -> 420

-Added elemental weaknesses and Float status to Blackwater Lake enemies.

-Made changes to Blackwater Lake tiles to hopefully reduce lag on lower-end machines.

-Fixed Neophyte's "Defense Style" and "Resistance Style" being unlearnable.

-Added Blackwater Lake, a new area in the location of Lake Delende. This area features a new layout, new enemies, and chests with additional gear (including some new items). A sidequest will be added to Blackwater Lake later involving the altar- currently, it doesn't do anything
-Adjusted "Glacial Giant" so 2 Glacial Giants can't cast Fissure on the same turn
-Adjusted "Mist Wing": Now casts "Whirlwind" instead of "Aero", AI adjusted slightly
-Fixed pink/blue lines showing up on various icons
-Buffed Debuff-related Cards (except The Shade) by removing CT on their attacks
