Added new Plantera rework for Cursed Mode.

Added new boss: Frozen Spirit and assorted loot, made by Geungsi. Summoned with Frozen Idol.

Re-balanced late pre-hardmode FE weapons to make them less overpowered, and nerfed late pre-hardmode FE bosses max health to compensate.

Buffed max health of Cursed Mode Mechanical bosses and Empress of Light.

Added new theme for Cursed Mode Wall of Flesh, made by King Baylor.
