An update was made to meet the AGOT mod spectacular new draconic content.

In this update, more significant changes were made: seven completely new ethnicities were created, seven separate cultures were defined, cultural traditions were redefined, a new cultural innovation was introduced, aesthetic parameters were changed, and a few provinces were given new cultural content, which was accompanied by localization changes.
