Fixed Bug - States released now take after Governor's culture and religion, not the Ruling faction's

Added scripting so that Randomly generated characters ( sorted by prominence ) will adopt ruling class culture and religion.

- top 5 prominent will convert both culture and religion

- next 4 just converts religion

This is especially useful for Republics if you want your ruling minority culture/religion to last onwards after the original Consul's term ends.


Funny thing is this also mimicks the Hybrid cultures that was developed in the later era. A Celtic looking man wearing a Roman toga certainly reminded me of Cassius Ceramix from Asterix the Gaul!

Tweaked a bug in the scripted_effects file

- Spawned factions will now have the same Religion as the Governor

NOTE : IMPORTANT

Governors now get moved directly to their new Factions, those with families still have to options to bring over their: spouse, children, parents, close relatives (brothers, sisters, half siblings..)

Also fixed issue on Spawning Faction, now all Factions spawned will have their Governors' Religion and Culture + 1 Noble Pop spawned.
