Releasable Governors

描述
This mod allows you to release client states with your Governors in charge, making it more realistic and natural.


UPDATE:

Governors now move directly to their new Factions, those with families still have to options to bring over their: spouse, children, parents, close relatives (brothers, sisters, half siblings..)

On spawning Faction, now all Factions spawned will have their Governors' Religion and Culture + 1 Noble Pop spawned.

Randomly generated characters will adopt the Religion and Culture of the ruling class randomly.

Do you think you could add an option, on releasing a region, to set the client state's culture and religion to your state culture and religion, or your ruler's culture and religion, or your governor's culture and religion?

Yes, the one on the Administration tab. You will release a client state for that province

Please help me clarify: what is released? A province or a whole region?

And what is the release button? The vanilla one on the Administration tab?
