Minor dialog oversight fixed (probably wouldn't have noticed it in 99% of cases anyway)

World States! Glorious world states! Kill all the leaders and their cities will fall! Kill one leader and people will acknowledge it!

More dialog added, as well as raid events. The president and marshal have new interesting lore.

Two new recruits, Cornwood and Abigail. Random recruits, mercenaries, and thief groups also now spawn in towns. More unique sheriff dialog.

Frontier armor shopkeepers now sell cowboy hats, boots, and their blueprints.
