Add a sandbox variable to control the range of music sound

Disabled the monophonic feature as it made the monophonic instruments arguably unusable from a piano keyboard. Now all instruments are polyphonic.

Fixed a bug where the sound volume would be unbalanced between right and left ears when played by the player.

Fixed a bug where the sprite of some bugged items was not checked for a null value.
