I changed a few variantmeshes.

Seti's Veteran Javelinmen now have a little bit more armor and some of them spawning with scale corselets. Vanilla considers them a medium unit in these linen tunics. That didn't felt right to me, so they got a small visual upgrade.

Tausret's Queen's Guard has a little bit less speed now (yep I totally forgot to change that). They are a medium unit after all, with all that armor.

Balancing changes for a few units.
Small speed buff for light units.

Small Hotfix
- some bodyguard units had the wrong HP value assigned.

Changes to Speed and Charge Speed of all units. Heavy units can't outrun light ones, when charging anymore. This should make it easier to do hit-and-run tactics with light units against heavy ones.

I've also gone over almost all melee units attack & defense stats and made some changes to them. So hopefully every unit has its niche now. Yes, even the Armored Anatolians! Melee Defense (on average) is also a bit higher for everyone now, thus the battles should be a bit longer than before.

- Big changes to ranged combat:
In general they do a little bit more damage now, but have less accuracy on high distance. All Javelins are able now to disrupt formations, albeit the chance to knock down a soldier should be pretty low. Heavy Javelins have a higher chance than light javs.

- Small stat changes to Kaskian Axemen and Upper Egyptian Conscripted Axes:
These units were overperforming, due to their high melee attack and defense stats. Other units in the same price range would literally have half the hitchance. I reduced their melee defense by 3, so other units should have an easier time hitting them now. They still have high offensive capabilities due to high melee attack as well as bonus vs shields.
