Added drag handles to sonar gui frames
it's very buggy, if it doesn't work for you i don't care, i'm not touching this italian gui framework again

if you mess it up you can use resetsonarframes command

And direction arrow drawing below sonar background after resetsonarframes is a vanilla bug
it happens on resolution change, report if you care

Fixed lagging inventory slots

updated to 1.8.6.2

tested in 1.4.4.1, should work as before
