- Matter Decompressor harvests resources from blackholes as well as usual output
- Orbital Industrial Stations, Matrioshka Brains, and Refinery Stations now have their output determined by a policy decision
- Orbital Refinery output increased
- Planetary Neural Network tradition reworked
- Asteroid Mining Base now behaves like a early game arc furnace for asteroids only

- Nerfed Populist prerogative to -15% empire size from pops and +15% diplo weight from pops
- Populist prerogative no longer requires any ascension perks to be taken before adopting it.

- Localisation fixes
- Changed council agenda cool downs for certain agendas
- Lowered vertical integration bonus to -25%
- Changed Verticality finisher to planet max districts mult 10%
- Reworked Computation Tradition tree completely
- Extraction tradition now grants the arc furnace tech as a research option
- Star Husbandry and Computation traditions now grant dyson swarms as a research option
- Fixed bug causing AI to ONLY place hectostructures on planets WITH orbital deposits instead of the opposite (whoops)
- Habitat orbitals can no longer coexist with other structures. Whenever a structure is built it will deconstruct any present habitat orbitals. Unfortunately this will result in unharvested deposits still being visible or harvested deposits appearing as unharvested until the game is reloaded for the specific case where a structure dismantles an orbital.
- Lowered Orbital Arcology Ring modifier to -25% empire size from pops on the ring
- Raised minimum planet size an orbital arcology ring can be built on from 11 to 15. The scale of ring size has been adjusted to match the new minimum
- Matrioshka Brain now has multiple modes
- Matrioshka Brain research collection reduced
- Star Lifter stage 3 now adds a gas deposit
- Star Lifter gathering output reduced
- Most megastructures can be dismantled
- Reduced the amount of junk in the Junk initializer to avoid tanking frame rates
