Restored Amphibious function to all tanks that have it. I optimised the code with making parts of it defines and that allowed me to have enough calls to not break the game

Added BMD-3 and gave it the same cost as BMD-4 had since it has AGS-17 grenadelauncher hull gun on it now.

Raised BMD-4A to 950 from 850 since it has same grenade launcher as BMD-3 now.

Doubled the range of laser designators for soviets and americans

Added new soviet BMD-3 VDV and Speznats mechanised squads and a BMD-3 as a researchable unit.
