Expanded the number of Grassland and Forest terrain entries to assist in mapping TransmuteTo values.
Corrected some terrain entries I previously missed.

Added colors to the minimap for the different Magic Nodes.
Added distinct text for the terrain type tooltips. (see DB_LOCALIZATION_xxx.xml)
(this helps to verify if the appropriate values are being used...)

Addressed a number of bugs found in the default DB_TERRAIN file.
* Added <SpawnLimitation VALUE="1" /> where previously missing.
* corrected foodProduction values for Nature / Sorcery Nodes

Corrected previous use of hardcoded Forest production values used in
EnchantmentScripts.cs : ECHIAddProductionFromForestMP
