-Logic additions (rough terrain tweaks, drylands/desert cultures bonuses in dry/desert areas nerfed as they had too much of a bonus in deserts, mountains made even harder to culture convert)
-Conversion of hybrid/divergence tweaks (more likely now)
-Better AI choices overall in county selection
