-The chariot now has +2 movement on flat terrain instead of +1. The previous version had the flaw of only implementing this change in the description and not actual gameplay.

-This mod no longer gives AA strength to the mechanized infantry. This was originally inspired by the fact that it had that ability in Civ 4, but it made the SAM infantry less relevent in that game, and the AA gun and mobile SAM less relevant in this game.

This mod has been greatly improved... from an advertising perspective. It now has a thumbnail image.

Fixed a bug in the vanilla game, even though that's not the main purpose of this mod, and the Firaxis developers really should have beaten me to it. The "Arrow Storm" promotion for ranged units is supposed to grant a +7 bonus to ranged attacks against land and naval units, but it actually applies against district defenses as well.

I pasted the source code for this patch into the bugfix wishlist discussion thread for JNR's Community Patch mod, so hopefully it will become part of the other bugfixes it provides. In the mean time, you three subscribers get it first.

-Urban defenses now have only 300 health.
-Some unit descriptions are updated to reflect changes in this mod. (English only)
-The name of the "Heavy Chariot" is shortened to just "Chariot". (English only)

The nuclear submarine now comsumes uranium in Gathering Storm.

-Full support for both expansions has been added. In Gathering Storm, Infantry and artillery no longer require oil, aircraft use aluminium the way swordsmen use iron instead of burning it like fuel, and the GDR has been nerfed.
-The AT crew and modern AT are ranged with a range of 1.
-Other smaller tweaks
