Balanced Battles

This mod adjusts the stats of various units with the aim of improving both balance and realism. This includes nerfs for air units and the GDR, 3 movement for settlers, builders, and military engineers, and many other tweaks for military units. This mod supports both expansions as well as vanilla. May conflict with mods that also change existing units, but mods that only add units or change other things should hopefully be fine. This mod may be subject to future changes.
