-Fixed FOP fast travel menus sometimes accidentaly registering their own location in the fast travel menu
-Added wreck removal to FOP respawns
-Black listed the salt flats as generator was favoring this area for POIs.
-May have fixed dedicated server failure to start issue (dedicated server still hasnt been tested. PROBABLY BROKEN!)
