* Fix some errors enumerating grid blocks
* Fix MaxAsteroidsPerSector not having a default
* Fix exception when no entities are in range of a planet
* Fix asteroid overlap detection (it was detecting overlaps with the planet for small ring sizes)
* Make error when entity list is changed on another thread non-fatal
* Set better defaults for ring and sector size for small planets (e.g. moons)
* Fix inner radius check for small rings (inner radius check was not clamped to zero)

  • Add an option to reduce pop-in on dedicated server at the expense of a larger save size
  • Create example configuration files for all planets, even if no defaults exist

  • Call MyEntities.RaiseEntityCreated on the voxel map created by CreateVoxelMap - this should fix asteroids not being sent to clients on dedicated server (though the server still only sends them once they come within the sync distance)
