Added the room Library (serves no purpose as of now) along with all of it's requirements. Also added a Red Book texture. I plan on making it a darker red to match the bible on the bookshelf. Fixed sevral other problems with coding failures.

Fixed problem with the Research, forgot to set an Administrator to research the study.

Added the tool book so they can "study" I borrowed the textures, and redid it to say "Note" for Notebook, but I plan on making it blue, instead of green.
