entity stats
- health equalized to 100, the exception being units like chaos warriors who have double

weapons
- damage of all weapons set to 100
- axes have +20 damage
- pole-arms (such as spears or halberds) have anti-large
- swords have anti-infantry
- halberds and maces/clubs have armor-piercing
- two-handed weapons increase attack
- weapons define a units melee attack alongside their skill level
- weapons do not give defense, only shields or other effects

missiles
- projectile damage set to 100
- only heavy crossbows and guns have armor-piercing and fire slowly
- bows fire faster and are more accurate
- missiles overall are less accurate at long distances

unit stats
- peasants/militia have a base of 10 melee attack and defense and a leadership of 20
- soldiers have a base of 30 melee attack and defense and a leadership of 40
- elites have a base of 50 melee attack and defense and a leadership of 60
- any skill level above these three are effectively +20 melee stats (chosen are a base 50 for being elite and +20)
- most peasant or soldier units will have more troops

battle rules
- the minimum armor roll is now 0
- attack chance max is higher and the minimum lower
- base hit chance lowered to 0

leadership changes
- all leadership penalties increased for flanking and rear attack
- more leadership lost from recent casualties
- increased effect of losing and winning combat
- leadership buff for killing enemies quickly

p.s. there are more changes but I am tired and it is night so I will update throughout the week.
I consider this version the alpha where I will focus on the empire and chaos only, then I will do orcs and dwarfs or vampire counts. After that I should have the confidence to bring all the factions up to standard and full release.
