Overhauls battles to make them more tactical.
Emphasis is put on making battles more dynamic not simply arbitrarily slow or fast, and on facilitating innovation and planning.

Goals:
1. make battles more dynamic
2. increase how lethal weapons are and overhaul morale system to encourage decisive engagements
3. overhaul unit stats to give units more distinct roles
4. change the battle rules to enable greater tactics (even levies can beat elites when proper tactics are utilized)
5. encourage attention to terrain

Changes include:
1. changes to battle_rules (ex. higher morale penalty for being attacked in rear)
2. changes to hp and weapon/projectile tables
3. changes to morale_rules
4. overhaul stats of units

To-Do list:
1. increase height advantage (also in melee)
2. increase low stamina penalty probably exponentially (winded won't do much but exhausted will be serious)
3. add unique traits (missile parry dependent on armor class, pike-wall buff from front only(maybe a defense buff unless attacked in rear or wavering))
4. bring other abilities inline with new moral system. (ex. lord nearby should be buffed from +3 probably)
