☥ Completely revised missile accuracy from the approach used in Troy Revised Mod. It seems that CA Sofia was actually doing this pretty well here, utilizing the "Spread" value, which causes the missiles to be dispersed over a target area. This is a huge improvement. However, I worked into this some of the improvements from Troy Revised Mod, with accuracy increasing with XP, and also reworked the Spread values so that they do not only depend on unit tier type, but actually more depend on the type of missile weapon and, secondary, the tier type. This seems to create a much more realistic and believable performance to missile units, making them area fire as intended, but also allowing them room to improve with XP and fatigue management.

☥ Experimenting with fixing my pet peeve: making the alternate stylized (2D) unit cards more easy to determine which ones are highlighted, and which ones are actually selected.
...After hours of experimenting, I tried a blue-shift for selected units (since the background skin/ui is blue). This makes it appear like a blue light is illuminating the background of the unit card, which makes it very obvious and noticeable which units are actually selected (rather than the background of the card simply getting brighter when highlighted, and brighter again when selected - making it difficult to tell which is which). If you absolutely dislike this then please mention it in the comments, and if enough people hate it then I will try something more subtle.
☥ Adjusted the battlefield AI's priorities a bit, in an attempt to make them "blob up" even less, and flank more.
☥ More fine tuning to various effects.

☥ Additional fine tuning changes to buildings, ancillaries and various other effects.
☥ Made all buildings on the campaign map 125% larger to make them easier to see and identify at a glance.
☥ Further adjusted weather effects to be more severe for Sweltering conditions.

☥ Improved and adjusted effects from various buildings to make the worst options more attractive to build.
☥ Corrected an error in the base game with Legitimacy Points and some buildings (where LP were being given at a higher rate if influence level was low in the province, a common mistake).
☥ Adjusted the replenishment rate to be at a level where replenishment perks and options are now important.
