- added campaign AI module for diplomatic decision making
- AI will cooperate with other AI factions against major threats in their geographical region; both defensively and offensively
- AI will look for attractive/wealthy potential enemies in their geographical region
- factions cannot make peace for a number of turns after war was declared

Population System
- redone most of the population system
- split population into 3x tiers, peasants/slaves | commoners | nobles
- idle population can be used for settlement expansion or enlisted into the global man power/recruitment pool via military or administration buildings for later recruitment/replenishment
- overhauled all units costs and upkeep based on unit tier and equipment

Battles
- slightly increased range of ranged units
- slightly reduced damage of ranged units
- increased reload time of ranged units
