readded the shield core fix (now it works fine now)

fixed LANGParser:new - File lua/data/language/en/stargate.lua does not exist! (thanks Norway174 for your fix!)

Fixed The ENT:GetClass Error when getting damaged by anything (works on chromium and the normal gmod branch)

-Fixed \lua\stargate\shared\capcheck.lua so we don't get compatablity checked against workshop addons that we shouldn't have
-Fixed \lua\stargate\client\init.lua so we get the original workshop addon or our workshop addon for ws_addonlist
