Updating for the new MCC update.

Update 1.11 changed HUD to baby-blue for those who may be colorblind to red/green colourblindness, which is the number one type of colourblindness in the world. Sorry for everyone who wanted to try out 1.10 and suffered for it. Hopefully the Baby-Blue won't clash too hard with Reach's backgrounds and still have that classic Halo feel! <3

Complaints:
The Needle Rifle.
I totally agree in hindsight, while an interesting thought experiment, in execution, it made the Needle Rifle THE beast of the game. Able to one-shot literally any enemy capable of being headshot. So I toned down both the magazine size from 21 to 15 and removed the headshot capability. (I'll address the description later, PC's been acting up lately, I apologize for not realizing this sooner)

HUD's been updated so each bar has its own dedicated sections for easier reading.
Also, nearly every vehicle has been given Auto-Maintaining and RevItalization (AMaRI) Armor. Vehicles can now regen back to 100% health. The visual damage won't change, but hopefully it should make some vehicle sections more fun. Besides, the Sabre had it in canon anyways.

Also, you now don't have to guess what health your vehicle is at now, to address the AMaRI Armor. When entering a vehicle, you now have a separate distinct gauge to see your vehicle's health.

If there are any other major goofs (I still know about the Plasma Rifle, please don't kill me, I'm looking for an answer)
