Plugged the valves for the new exhaust system into the battery.

Added ports in the lower tier that divert smoke from the engine, creating a neat effect when moving. They can be toggled in the cockpit. Also added an equipment locker accessed by clipping into the back of the steel tower.

Fixed electricity for water pumps & the jaws.
