Balance modifications :
- reduce the amount of damage of the Scribe auto attack (extra random damage from 7 to 4).
- set the vanilla life steal effect for heroes instead of the lesser one (from 4hp to 5hp or 8hp to 10hp)

Visual :
- bigger city structure for better visibility and little pyramids in districts
